A Friday morning visit to the myurbansuburban.com lured me into entering to win a Chocolate class at Well Seasoned. I think to myself… I don’t need chocolate, but I NEED chocolate… I’m entering! Well to my surprise Friday night I get an email from Erin the Urban Suburban herself, saying that I was the lucky winner! After a crazy week my friend Erinn and I are eating CHOCOLATE!

Chef Tina lead us through a decadent journey that began with Butterscotch Pot de Creme, on to White Chocolate Molten Cake, Mocha Souffle and finishing with hand rolled milk chocolate truffles… and yes we enjoyed every single offering!

A class at Well Seasoned is certainly worth it, we had a soul satisfying indulgent afternoon, a lot of fun and left with a handful of recipes to try for the next get together!
