BBQ Guru Paul Kirk Brings Pit Master Class to Langley
March 18, 2009 (Langley, B.C.) - Well Seasoned is pleased to announce that the Baron of BBQ, Chef Paul Kirk will bring his renowned BBQ pit master class to Well Seasoned on Sunday, April 19. This Canadian exclusive event is a once in a life time opportunity to hone your barbequ
ing skills with one of North America’s most respected pit masters during a one day workshop.
A Kansas City native, Chef Paul has won the World Championship of BBQ seven times and has won nearly 475 cooking awards. Previous students of the Baron’s class have said Chef Paul can take three years off trial and error experimenting on your own. This class is suited for the backyard BBQ enthusiast, the seasoned competitor, or those considering opening their own BBQ restaurant.
As part of the class, Chef Paul will cover the basics of barbecuing brisket, pork butt, pork ribs, chicken, and sausage. He will also discuss fire management, fuels, BBQ rubs and spices, BBQ sauce, contest presentation and much more. A competitive BBQ judging clinic will also take place at Well Seasoned on the same day as this event.
